Check your usage

You can monitor how much airtime, text messaging, or data you use during your current billing cycle.

  1. Launch the TELUS My Account app on your mobile device.
  2. Log in using your TELUS Mobility online username and password.
  3. From the Home screen, select Usage.
    You can see a summary of your airtime, messaging and data usage.
    • Airtime usage
      • Included minutes - minutes included in your plan.
      • Used minutes - used minutes from your monthly airtime.
      • Remaining minutes - minutes remaining in your plan that can be used without overage charges.
      • Chargeable minutes - minutes you have exceeded included in your plan. Overage will be charged.
    • Data Usage
      • Usage - total amount of MB transferred during the current billing cycle.
        NOTE: Usage figures are approximate. They may not reflect most recent usage due to network delays. 1024 KB = 1MB. 1024 MB = 1 GB
      • Chargeable amount - cost of data usage during the current billing cycle. The amount will display $0.00 unless you have data overage.
    • Text Usage
      • Usage - total number of sent and received text and picture messages during the current billing cycle.
        NOTE: Usage figures are approximate. They may not reflect most recent usage due to network delays.
      • Chargeable amount -  chargeable text and picture messages during the current billing cycle. The amount will display $0.00 unless you exceed the messages in your plan.
