I am getting "You are not subscribed to a data network" errors. (APN Settings)

You will need to verify that your Access Point Network settings are correct.

Reset APN settings

Resetting your Access Point Network (APN) settings to default settings can often help fix this problem.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Select Wireless & networks.
  4. Select Mobile networks.
  5. Select Access Point Names.
  6. Tap Menu.
  7. Tap Reset to default.

Your Access Point Network settings are reset.
