TELUS My Account is an easy-to-use mobility app that lets you conveniently make changes to your account on the go. Plus, there are no data charges for using it, including use outside of Canada, on a 4G (HSPA) device.
We will update the My Account app regularly as new functionalities become available, so you can be sure you’ll always have the best self serve experience at your fingertips. Our next update will improve how usage is displayed, showing you how much you’ve used against your monthly voice and data plan.
Please note:
The TELUS My Account app is eligible for consumer postpaid and prepaid accounts only. Business or Corporate/Enterprise accounts are ineligible at this time.
