Keeping your account active

Maintaining a balance in your account ensures that you:

  • Have uninterrupted phone service and access to data services, such as MMS and SMS.
  • Carry over any unused balance to your new expiry date

If your balance is zero for 90 days, your account will be deactivated and you will lose your phone number. To re-activate your account, you would need to purchase wireless top-up cards and activate it online.

If your prepaid account has a zero balance, you will be unable to use some services such as Voice Mail 10, text messaging, picture messaging, web browsing, email, and the ability to download games, ringtones or images.
