Check your account balance

You can routinely check your account balance to ensure your account has a sufficient amount of available credit.

Using your computer

  1. Log in to your TELUS account. Register if you don't have one.
  2. Click the Account Activity tab.
  3. Click Transaction history.
  4. Your transaction history is listed. Your account balance is displayed in the Balance After column.

You can view your account balance online.

Using your TELUS Prepaid phone or smartphone

  1. Call #123.
  2. The system informs you of your account balance and balance expiration date.

You can verify your account balance using your TELUS Prepaid phone or smartphone.
