I'm being billed for incoming calls, but have unlimited incoming calls

Long distance charges apply to incoming calls when you are outside your home calling area.

 

If you're on the 3G network and are not outside your home calling area, make sure that you have the most recent Preferred Roaming List (PRL).

1. Dial *22803 .
2. Press 1 for English or 2 for French.
3. Press 2 to update your roaming list.
4. Follow the recorded instructions.
