Accessing your TELUS mobile account is easy. Just log in from your phone’s browser and everything is at your fingertips.

 

How to get it

To access your account on your mobile phone, you will need a telusmobility.com username and password.

Existing client using your email address to login? You're ready to go, see "Ways to access your TELUS mobile account" below.

Existing client but still using a username to login? You will need to login to your telusmobility.com account from your computer first. This will update your profile and allow you to login using your email from both a computer and your mobile device.

* Available for free on all devices except CDMA smartphones without a data add-on. Standard data charges may apply for CDMA clients who use TELUS mobile account outside of Canada or BlackBerry users who access TELUS mobile account through a RIM browser.
