Call Forwarding

Have your calls go to wherever you are!

Call Forwarding lets you redirect all incoming calls to another phone number, landline or mobile, while still being able to make outgoing calls. You can forward to any local or North American number, giving you a flexible and easy way to have your calls go to wherever you are.

Get Call Forwarding

You can subscribe to call forwarding for $3/month, allowing you to forward up to 3000 minutes. Additional call forward minutes, over 3,000 per month, are billed at 25¢ each.

If you forward your calls to a number outside of your local calling area, long distance charges are applicable according to your rate plan. Please note that call forwarding cannot be combined with long distance features in order to avoid long distance charges.

To add Call Forwarding:

  • Log into your TELUS account and add a package in self-serve.
  • Call *611 on your TELUS handset.
  • Visit an authorized TELUS store. Find a store.

*The services available in self-serve depend upon your rate plan and handset model. If you don't see a service online, call TELUS by dialing 611 on your handset.
