TRU-Install software doesn't automatically install the SierraWireless Watcher software

To resolve this problem, try the following.

Check your USB connection

You may need to remove your mobile Internet key and reinsert it into the USB port on your laptop.

  1. Remove your mobile Internet key or optional extension cable from the USB port on your laptop.
  2. Reinsert your mobile Internet key or optional extension cable into the USB port.
